Looks like someone is just following the lead done by the White House, the Senate and Congress during the height of the Schiavo case.

In case you're wondering...."activist judges."

I would say calling people idiots who desecrate the Constitution while pandering to the demands of weak minded politicians and power hungry law enforcement agencies, is letting them off easy.

I am personally disgusted at the road both liberal activist and right-wing extremist judges have taken since Bush I, and through the Clinton years. It started with the 'war on drugs' and has continued with the 'war on terror'.

There is no excuse for setting aside the most basic principles of this country, including the protection of citizens from government, while pandering to fear and politics.

If a federal judge who follows the 'party line' wants to appear on FT and debate the issues, I am happy to do so and will promise to refrain from name calling :)

I respect your opinion and that sounded much better than just calling them idiots. :D

That would be an interesting debate.

Folks, I’ve had to go through this thread and edit out a bunch of posts due to off-topic and inappropriate comments about moderation.
Please stay on topic here.
Thanks.
