For some cops I know, that's just the compliment they would be looking for.

Folks let’s refrain from personal comments about our fellow posters and keep this thread on topic.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Bruce

I do not have a "chip on my shoulder" and I don't think that I have ever expressed that. I was not the one that stated, "hope I don't meet you on the street". (I have no desire to meet any of you.)

The way the poster made his statement could have been taken several ways. As a threat, or as GUWonder pointed out, as a wish. Although, Bruce you decided to interpret it the way that you did.

If you happen to read my post before his, I explained that I was finished debating the subject, and for me it was over there. Gingerman didn't have to reply, it was his choice, and his choice to make the statement that he did.

Maybe he should have been a little more articulate making his last statement.

Oh yeah, my Dad can beat your Dad up. :( WOW. I am impressed. :(

Well, I would not necessarily make that link.

Then again, my standard of "linked" is "different" than **cough cough** some other's *cough cough* standard of "linked". :D

If that is considered a "chip on my shoulder", then I must apoligize.

Now, if I can just get this boulder off my back...... ;)

I can't believe you guys didn't read this as a joke!!! 24th, I think the answer to "I hope that's not a threat" is "It's a promise". No sense of humor, these guys.

Hey, what do you expect. I'm just a bad cop that is going to question you for no reason, search your person without consent or PC, make you give up you SSN and FF#, cuff you and haul you off to a deep dark jail cell. Most likely I will not Mirandize you (that right there is funny), nor will I allow you a phone call. LOL. :D

Then the next day, I will do this all over again but to a different person. I will continue to do this day after day. Everyone will go to prison for a long time, (except Bruce, he has lots of money and can afford attorneys ;) ) and I will never get caught. :D

Wow, I should call my attorney and make sure I still have one on retainer.

Wow, now I guess I do have a chip on my shoulder.... ;) or just a sense of humor. :D

Got your PM. Thanks. No can of worms, I know what he did and so does everyone else, especially if they read "Time". If you need a good lawyer, let me know. Got one that specializes in cops. :D

That is cool. When you don't agree with someone or a group of people just start calling them names. I always makes it better. :(
