Solving a TSA Pre Snafu
I got into the TSA Pre program via Global Entry and entered my newly-acquired Known Passenger number on my USAir FF profile, but to no avail. It didn't show up on my boarding pass and sure enough, the TSA Pre line said I'm not registered. USAir says my profile has my number but I haven't been confirmed in Pre, which has to come from TSA....TSA blames the airline. I've checked to be sure my name is exactly the same on both my TSA Pre and USAir profiles and it is. Any ideas???

I have been in the TSA Pre for nearly a year (under United). My boarding pass today did not show the TSA Pre stamp. Anyone having the same experience today?

Your GE information needs to match your US information down to extra spaces and punctuation. You should be able to check the profile information for US against your GE card.

Ah, that would explain it. The rez was made before I joined the program. Thanks.
