Description of Resolution Pat-Down: Lift and Separate Testicles Six Times?!?

http://abovethelaw.com/2011/09/two-m...-with-the-tsa/

I may have missed the thread on this, put this description of a resolution pat down really terrifies me.

The strangest thing was the testicle search. During the explanation phase, the dude said he would place his hand on my inner thigh and run it up into my crotch and “lift and separate” my testicles, three times on each leg. Now, I couldn’t hide a third testicle between my other two without it being really obvious. What weapon could I possible wedge up in there that would require six touches to detect?
And lest the ladies feel neglected:

Nearing the end of this violation, I sobbed even louder as the woman, FOUR TIMES, stuck the side of her gloved hand INTO my vagina, through my pants. Between my labia. She really got up there. Four times. Back right and left, and front right and left. In my vagina. Between my labia. I was shocked -- utterly unprepared for how she got the side of her hand up there. It was government-sanctioned sexual assault.
and the resulting threat of lawsuit when she called it rape.

This comment in the second link really saddens me:
I'm not saying that the exam was not excessively thorough but she chose to fly. If she didn't want to chance a body cavity search then she should not have flown or she should have chartered a private plane instead.

People need to stop whining about the TSA and start choosing another mode of transportation if they don't like the way the TSA operates their searches.

I think they're just making it clear to everyone that if you want to sneak something onto the aircraft, you have to pay one of the clerks the customary $200 fee.

That guy who took his clothing off in Portland might want to bring his own scope and a procto table next time. Just in case.

One of the TSO'S who used to post here, I think it was E........, He said that women with big "girls" would be asked to help out?!

Like in holding the "girls" up and divide them for for the screener!
Hell no !

I would never help anyone out that would be that invasive.

Someone who has cred with Drudge and other bloggers and news sites might want to start spreading this around. If it goes reasonably viral, Blogdad Bob will have a hard time ignoring it.

These kinds of things are just heart-wrenching to read, and makes me wonder when the masses will finally say enough is enough, and not put up with this type of thing anymore. I have a feeling it will happen someday, but not anytime soon.

I cringe when I read this title. Are they separated from each other or is the pair separated from other body parts? I think I know. Well, I hope I know, but I still cringe.

"Because no specific dates or times were mentioned, and because this alleged incident took place so long ago, we are unable to verify this blogger's claims. The alleged method of search is inconsistent with TSA policy, and TSOs at that station were unable to recall ever performing a search in such a manner."

my resolution pat down experience

Hello everyone, I have been subjected to 2 different resolution pay downs within the last year. One in Columbus, OH (CMH) and one in Richmond, VA (RIC). Neither one was anywhere near this invasive. The one at CMH I had an LEO as my witness and it was basically the same pat down as an Opt out except that the blue shirted pervert used the front of his hands versus the back of his hands to do the pat down. RIC was much the same. I think that alot depends on the pervert himself and exactly how far they want to go. I know at CMH they were very careful since the LEO was in the room because I told the LEO the reason that I wanted him as a witness was because I wanted to document any potential sexual imposition for prosecution. YMMV

Would this response surprise anyone? I think you've nailed it, there... especiallly since the TSA can't remember what a passenger looks like five minutes later:

TSA employees picked out a veritable lineup of suspects — including:
* A black woman traveling with a black man.
* A tall black man carrying a black laptop bag.
* A white woman traveling with two kids.
* A white man carrying a small brown suitcase.
* A white man with curly brown hair wearing a JetBlue employee uniform.
