Yes, they fired him. Unfortunately, he won't be working at airport anymore. He will go to jail for a long time.

We already pay for it through the security fee. Does that not make the TSA's gropes tantamount to prostitution?
Carry on.... "Pay the fee and submit to our gropes, or we'll cancel all the flights to your state." |
Gazette.net: Former TSA employee fined $500 for running prostitution ring
Here's an update by the Maryland Community News Staff Writer Jeremy Arias,
Maryland Community News Online: Former TSA employee fined $500 for running prostitution ring Man confronted by police in Silver Spring hotel in February Monday, June 11, 2012 A short quote: A former security manager at Dulles International Airport was given a $500 fine last week for running a prostitution ring out of his Silver Spring hotel room in February. The article concludes with this very interesting tidbit:Bryant Jermaine Livingston, 39, of Manassas, Va., was arrested during a training session at Dulles on March 16, four weeks after Montgomery County police were called to his hotel room in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 8777 Georgia Ave., in Silver Spring on March 16, according to charging documents. Livingston was charged with four counts of general prostitution. He pleaded guilty to and was convicted of one count at trial Thursday in Montgomery County District Court. A previous investigation was made against Livingston, who no longer works for the TSA, by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General in 2009, according to the charging documents, which state that a TSA inspector contacted county police shortly after Livingston’s arrest. Apparently the Montgomery County (Maryland) Police have better investigators than the DHS's Inspector General. |

I'm surprised he plead guilty...I was expecting that his defense would be that the pimping was just a cover story so he wouldn't have to tell his family that he worked for TSA.

A $500 fine will barely put a dent in his bottom line. I wish I could occasionally pay a $500 fine instead of my tax bill. This is a gross miscarriage of justice.
