What do you suppose the elderly ladies did who got mistreated? Or the flight attendant who was taken to a private room to remove her prosthesis? Or Tom Sawyer, whose ostomy bag was ruptured? Or the post-mastectomy woman whose breasts were groped in front of everyone (the latter two pax received public apologies from TSA officials).

Do you think they and others like them all showed up at the checkpoint with attitude? (and even if they did, do you think a screener who is so unprofessional that he/she can't take pax attitude in stride is properly focused on the task at hand, ensuring pax safety?)
