Is your Chase minimum spending bonus delayed?
Hey guys, recently it seems like the bonuses are being delayed and not showing up like they used to. I cant seem to find any datapoints on when they are showing up. im curious to know if there is a wave effect going on.
I met my CIP Bonus Aug 14th, i have not yet seen my 80k bonus. Anyone have met their bonus close to that date and gotten their bonus? it seems like its across all chase cards as well... If there is post made or this is better suited for, my apologies in advanced. |
There are many, many accounts of Chase delaying sign-up bonuses both on the UR cards and the co-branded cards. From what I've read, the general consensus seems to be 30+ days after meeting MSR.
Happy to see someone started a separate thread about it here - it's been discussed extensively on other forums. |
Depends on when in the billing cycle the purchase that crosses the MSR actually posts (not pending) to your account. Might not be the cycle it actually posted on, but could be the chcle after that.

My wife's Sapphire preferred card met minimum spending before 1st bill, rec'd the 5k additional authorized user bonus, but not the 50k. Now getting close to end of 2nd billing cycle and the 50k does not show up in the "pts on next statement". Chase has responded to my messages, saying she's all set and to wait 30-60 days. We don't mind waiting, just glad to know others are experiencing this problem too. Earlier this year I had a CSR, and we both had INK cards, the ur bonuses we posted promptly. So, there is some reason/glitch causing the delay.

seems to be 2nd statement after meeting spend instead of the usual 1st.

Has that included bonuses from business cards such as CIU being late in posting as well?

After heavy delays in August, lots of DPs of bonus points starting to post today. My 120k bonus on CIP posted today, and I met MSR spend 9/14

I met my minimum spend probably a week or two into my 3rd statement from the UnitedMPE (~Aug 27). The new member bonus of 60K was posted in the same statement (yesterday)

I was wondering the same for chase ink business card and questioning if my tuition payment is not counted as spend after it did not post in my 2nd statement after meeting the spend. Now, knowing this, may be I can relax and wait for next statement. Hopefully it will be post by then going by some DPs above. Thanks fort starting new thread.

I wouldn’t risk not meeting the spend req based on that. Better safe than sorry.

My CSP account page says that the bonus points will post on the second statement.
