I have this problem on my work computers. I document and take snapshots of every step and put them in my calendar. If the points haven't posted after a week, I send a secure message to Chase and they look into it. When I've used a Chase card, they have always made an "adjustment". No adjustments when using AMEX card, since they can't verify the purchase.

Which browser and version are you using? An older IE version? If so, try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) or update your current version...

Also as suggested above take snapshots, once you get it working.

Twice today it's worked properly, once has given me the blank main page. Same Chrome browser.

I had that problem last night. I was using Safari.
