I called this morning and online banking support added the Ink to my personal account. They told me it could not be undone, and that if I wanted to unlink them I would have to create a new user ID and move the personal checking and credit card accounts to the new ID.

Splitting Business/Personal accounts online
So I have my business [Ink+] and personal [MP, IHG, etc] cards merged into a single login account online; recently I read that people over the 5/24 are getting offers on the *new* Chase site, but it's only for personal accounts. I sent an SM and I received the reply below:
"Since this inquiry will require an extensive review of your account, and additional questions to be answered, please call us anytime at the number below. We are here to help anytime."
Is this worth messing with? Is this comparable to the recon line, and nothing good can come of this?

If you still want to decouple it, go to the branch and let your business banker do this for you - far easier and quicker than going thru online or over the phone, based on how easy the process was when the merger was done at the branch versus trying to go thru the SM/phone call route.

If both cards participate in the same program (Ultimate Rewards) the points can be moved from one account another. This is called Combining points, not Transferring.

If your biz login uses the old website, you will lose the pre-approved offers if you do this.

Under a personal login with the new, tablet-y interface, there's a Your Offers area. Some users get offers there that are marked with a green check mark that are reported to bypass 5/24. When you merge your personal profile with your biz login, you risk losing this functionality.

I don't think you have to combine the logins though. You could just start a new UR combine and list the personal credit card number and name and it will add the personal card for points combine.

Combining Points
So I need to combine my personal Freedom accounts with my business Ink account. But should I wait to do this when I get my Sapphire card. I'm not even sure when I'll get the Sapphire as I'm waiting on a better signup bonus for the CSR card in particular. Because not sure how it will work once I get the Sapphire. If it will be more of a pain or so. Thanks
