Freedom and Co-Branded Chase Cards
I would kind of like to get a Chase Freedom card. I presently have Sapphire Preferred, Hyatt, and United. I plan to cancel the Hyatt and United cards before the annual fees are due. Right now I don't see any other co-branded cards I expect to get, but you never know. I got the SP, Hyatt, and United all in the past 6 months.
Am I likely to have an issue with getting Freedom? I plan to keep it (why not, no annual fee) and use it for the bonus categories. Would it interfere with getting other co-branded cards? It if matters, I take the minimum credit limit on all my cards and never let the balance get over a few hundred.

Chase is hard to say, one thing you may want to include is when you last applied for a card. Some people feel you should wait 3 or 6 months are numbers that are thrown out in between applications. Others have no problems.
No one can say for sure but apply and call reconsideration line if declined. Then ask to close one of the other cards to get the freedom.
