OW Multi-carrier award - Transit rules
I have a question for the OW award experts here, my current route is as follows:
HKG-CMB (transit)-DOH (transit)-LIS // BCN-MAD (stopover)-HKG (stopover)-TPE (stopover)-HKG
The agent I spoke to did not allow the 2 consecutive transits in the first two sectors. Is this correct or did I get a misinformed agent?

2 consecutive transits - not true.
(I never had two consecutive first sector transits, but I definitely had two consecutive last sector transits CTS-HND-PVG-HKG. Why not in the beginning?)
