Qatar Mileage Crediting Speed

There is some information on FT dated a few years ago that QR mileage is credited to MPC every Thursday, but that thread was about something else and is really old and actually about something else mainly, I'm going to ask fresh:

As of 2018/2019, how long do flight sectors flown on Qatar Airways (QR) take to credit to MPC?

Marco Polo isn’t able to offer any guidance on how long QR miles take to credit other than saying it’ll take 4-6 weeks usually, which is boilerplate nonsense.

Interestingly, on my last QR flight last month, crediting took around 2 weeks after the first Thursday after the flight.

2-3 weeks is unfortunately pretty normal with QR flights of late. Used to be faster some years ago.

For my very recent experience on crediting a flight from a seldom-visited African country to HKG via DOH, it took 18 days. And it wasn’t credited on Thursday against what was previously mentioned.

I submitted a missing miles request for a HKG-DOH-XXX-DOH-HKG trip booked on QR website but did not enter my AM number.

It took a full 6 weeks for it to be credited to my account.

Data points:

Flew CGK-DOH-LON return in the first half of April. Three sectors were marketed and operated by QR; those credited easily on the first Thursday after the respective flight. The fourth flight was marketed by BA and operated by QR, that one credited on the first Monday after the flight.

HKG-DOH-LHR on QR in mid-April with one sector operated by BA. QR sectors credited individually and within 3-4 days (i.e not on the same day of week). After 2 weeks, BA sector still was not credited. Filled out the form online, but was rejected after 1 week. Calling MPC, I found I should have used the QR codeshare flight number (as per my e-ticket) as opposed to the BA flight number. Filled out the form again online, credited 2 weeks later.
