Asia miles to redeem on Qatar
I'm trying to use my asia miles to redeem on Qatar but the availability on the AM/Cathay sites keep changing and disappearing - calling AM was useless as they were unable to find anything at all. I can see the availability on British Airways/Avios but not on AM. Is partner redemption availability on Qatar the same for all partners??

But OTOH I helped in the redemption of a one-way BUD-DOH-HKG last night. My friend saw 2J on BAEC in the afternoon and we redeemed the seats over the phone with MPO in the evening without issue

Already booked the AM redemption ticket on QR departure in 2 days.
My flight is showing
J1 Y9 B9 H9 K9 M9 L9 V9 S9
I do want to take the flight which is 5 hours later same day.
The availability is
J6 C5 D5 Y2 B2 H1
Does anyone have any luck about asking Asiamiles to ask QR revenue management to consider opening the seat for redemption for later flight? Or usually not going to happen for QR?
