Connecting through TPE

Connecting through TPE
I am planning on taking CX450 from HKG to NRT via TPE. I was wondering whether I would need to get off the plane at TPE and if so what procedures would I need to do?

Yes. There's someone holding a sign directing you to transit security as you step off the plane. After that, you'll even have time to enjoy the lounge if in relevant cabin/with relevant status.

Its not necessary to get off. You could stay on.... 2-3 years ago
U need to get off now. Back then we were given some cards to show security- u need to keep ur bp too. So its a bit different from the 888/889 yvr stop
