Thanks in advance.
There is a new menu for November, but didn't unfortunately manage to take a picture last week. I didn't find the general menu design very appealing, a slight over representation of dished based on bread, pastries or breaded stuff.

In case it interests you, I had the Salmon Galette in Lobster Bisque (a salmon pastry in lobster sauce that was), a very forgettable dish in every way. For main, had the Sichuan spicy fish hotpot. An okay dish, especially if you like a bit of Sichuan flare, but could use something more. Served with rice. Fruit plate for dessert. The piece of melon was probably the best I've ever had!

New Pier F menu below.

This food was by far the best food we have ever had at The Pier.

That wagyu beef cheeseburger was the best burger I've had in 2018. Almost worth the heartburn I experienced a few hours later waking up from lie-flat!

January 2019 Hong Kong Pier Menu.

It appears the Peninsula font has been restored to the menu.

The quesadillas come with "picoted galo" to they? I've heard of pico de gallo, but that may be a different thing.
Here's a QI-worthy piece of trivia: In the Philippines, to be picoted means you're lined up for a shotgun-wedding. No, I haven't experienced it, lest someone draw that conclusion!

Will upload HKG F-menu on Saturday when I'm passing through.

Cauliflower and mac&cheese was super tasty. But champagne is going downhill. LP only in sit down area at LHR T3. Self pour champagne is this (did not bother to try):

If you didn't try them, how can you comment on the quality? From a quick check online they are priced similarly to Laurent Perrier.

I'm pretty sure I saw LP as a third option in the beverage buffet area on Tuesday. Did you ask an associate?
