Love it, currently seated in those rows with my family about to takr off for HKG ;-). The lav doors are well behind you in row 12. I prefer row 11 as the foot room seems a bit greater to me, but all seats her are great in here.

Flew in the mini cabin in 12K from HKG to LHR on CX 251. Didn't find the toilets behind me an issue.
It was a night flight so not much foot traffic to be honest and there is a curtain separating the mini cabin from the galley/toilet which helps keep the light out and some of the noise too. That with the noise cancelling head phones, I don't think you will find it an issue.
the mini cabin definitely offers a more private feel compared to the main cabin and you get served first!
Enjoy the flight!

Mini cabin question again, I should probably write a 'mini-wiki' for the mini cabin:
11A/11K gets you the bigger footwell, more 'headroom' for your legs in all positions and 11A is generally my preferred pick out of all 53 seats (flying solo).
11D/11G has monitors latched into the bulkhead rather than a panel in front at an angle like the other seats in business. Because of that, there is a lot of extra space next to the hip and leg area, which is good horizontal real estate when adjusted to the flat bed position. 11D is however subject to intrusion by the usage of the soiled linen bin in front of it.
12A/12K are standard seats. The lavs behind are of minimal intrusion because of the distance and curtains. The lav behind 12K is a lot bigger and is ideal for changing etc.
12D/12G are a pair of standard couple seats. All four seats 12ADGK have some extra space behind the seat that could be handy for additional storage if one doesn't want to reach to the overhead bins all the time.
The A/D side is served by the Senior Purser while the G/K side is not, generally. The senior purser can have up to ten years of extra seniority and a lot more polished service and training having been through the 'classic' era of CPA.

However, 15A is missing a window and 16K has a misaligned window - essentially 1.5 windows instead of 2

sorry if it has been asked, but like AA's 777-300 ER row 3 (in J), does 11a or 11k in CX have a missing window? both wife and I have 11a and 11k respectively reserved from HKG to JFK. reason we are so far apart is that we both really like window seats, and none of us seemed like we wanted to take a chance on 12A due to the mixed reviews.
thanks for your input.
