Cathay souvenirs in F/J?

Does CX have souvenirs for its premium passengers, the same way SQ gives teddies when you ask for them?

You can take away the pajamas in F as your souvenirs!
As for J, nothing. I wouldn't even take the amenities kit away these days, the bag is just of poor quality.

The quality of the ones given in J on AC and AA are no better and the only upside to CX is it has a zipper and it is lightweight.

CX and AA contents are better than AC, but not by much.

BR J with the Rimowa hard-shell wins J, at least from my personal experience.

I now have a dozen of the LH F and BR J Rimowa's, enough slippers to take care of all hotel stays where they are not provided and BR J pjs are far more comfortable than LH F.

As for souvenirs, I'll trade someone my LH F rubber ducks for an SQ teddy bear.

EDIT:
The CX kit turns out to be great for my wires and adapters for my various devices while travelling. I see quite a few other pax using airline kits that are soft-sided with zippers for the same purpose......which of course means those airlines have no incentive to improve the quality

I was given playing cards and some pens. The flight attendant did tell me though that they don't always carry playing cards

I don't think that's true. In fact, there is a new design featuring the new livery.

They have a stationery kit too. As for the playing cards, I was still given one with the old design in end of May.

I was given a pen in exchange for filling out a survey. Next time I'll ask for a bottle of Krug

Agreed...but the thought of winning those monthly Y tickets on any CX flight makes me excited!

Do they publish the list of winners anywhere?

I don't think there's a way to politely decline the survey when you're in F and the FA asks nicely...it takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes to check off all of those boxes...

The pen is quite hefty though, and the in-flight purchase coupon for the awesome deals for in-flight shopping is icing on the cake!
