just wanna make sure since im reading alot of comments regarding how Cathay tends to change equipment. CX 841 (JFK to Hong Kong Kong) is always a 777-300ER right?

anyone here ever took this flight in Y class? i'd like to hear some stories!!

and oh yea, i wish cathay would add mood lighting in their Y class cabins

This flight will always be operated by the B777-300ER (77A).

The last minute substitutions are generally in the short-haul routes and the B747-400s.

From October 1st. JFK and YVR (CX 888/889) will be migrating to 77As, just for October. But they will operate this as the red-eye flight, as both sectors will be overnight flights bound for JFK. But the return sector will remain unchanged.
