At the HKCEC...CX advised me that F/J pax are welcome to use this lounge during their visit. I searched both FT and google for more info but didn't find anything relevant.
Anyone have a report? I will be there next month and try to see what it is all about.

just did a quick google search...found a few links...seems this is true at least for these few fairs/conferences...maybe it's available for all fairs/conferences held there. from the description, basically it's "Internet access, complimentary snacks and beverages, business periodicals, private meeting rooms"

The Dragon Lounge is available on those trade fairs organised by the HKTDC only, I believe.
The facitlities are exactly as tedhl says in his post. But don't expect the ambiance of (some) airport lounges. The Dragon Lounge can be very busy and noisy, especially at noon time. If you can capture a seat, it can be convenient though.
