A request to speak a supervisor solved that problem easily enough.

If you're eligible for the coupon, it's issued automatically at check-in (if you're transiting you'll need to know to ask for it).

One coupon gets you a whole buggy, so my fourteen year old son and husband could get on as well although they didn't have coupons. :)

Never used to be: "Each coupon is valid for one person occupying one seat for one single journey".

Either they've changed it or you lucked out :)

But it seems this free ride business only applies if you are Diamond, but not if you are flying paid F? Not a diamond, so I wouldn't know then.

It only applies for Diamonds, yes. :)

Ah, I asked around, and it seems to always be in the region of 37 to 40. :)

That would be quite a feat, considering there is no gate 37, 38 nor 39 at HKIA. ;)

I think 450 left from Gate 41 when I did it...about a 5 minute walk from Gate 62, which is not bad...because you've already taken the tram down to that end of the terminal.

My flight from JNB turned around as the CX 713 to BKK and SIN, which, of course, also left from Gate 40.

I've never taken the train to the remotes gates, only coming back to immigration from the remote gates. I prefer to walk, which, although long, is not bad due to all the moving walkways.
