does Cathey have access to Qatar award
 

I am trying to book one world ticket with Cathay and I dont see any Qatar flight even in economy ? Is this true or it's just glitch in online system?

Redeemed HKG-DOH-AMM on QR with AM two months ago. Perhaps it’s just the destination? Which routes are you looking at?

Not recently (looking for a ME destination for this time next year).

Gives me some opportunity to burn some Avios instead.

Are you looking online? Perhaps can also try to call MPC to ask directly?

Qatar has a lot more award availability in their own programme, including "double awards", so you are much better off doing it via them and Avios as others have said.

Otherwise, the Qatar block for Cathay seems to be common, but doesn't mean there are zero, but just that its a lot harder

I tried multiple different city pair and cant see any availability even in economy example - .Del to HKG, HKG to Doha, Kul to Doha, Bom to Doha, IAD to doha etc

I recently did IAD-DOH-DPS without issue.
