Google Flight not dispaying CX
 

For several days GoogleFlight has not been displaying CX for the destinations I searched (TPE, PVG,...).
I don't know what is the problem and whether it is a more general IT glitch.

Yes, it has not been displaying tickets out of HKG. Has been an issue for over 10 days already.

Is CX blocking Google Flights?
 

In the past few days I could not find CX flights on Google flights. Is this a temporary glitch from Google, or is CX actively blocking Google Flights?

No CX flights appearing on Google Flights?

I am seeing just fine actually. Coul this location specific?

I'm based in the UK. The same happened when I was in the US.

For me, only all direct flights to HKG and Ex-HKG flights are blocked by CX or can only display the highest fare (no way a return LHR-HKG in Y should cost £4000).

I'm in Switzerland and when using Google Flights, it shows CX flights from LON to HKG but it shows nothing at all for HKG-TPE.... or HKG-TYO
CDG-TPE, CDG-HKG or ZRH-TPE shows nothing (except code-shares but no CX metal).

So weird...

I am in Japan right now and I see CX flights in Google Flights

I noticed this a few days ago at the weekend as well (very frustrating), it seems to semi-impact ITA matrix as well (sometimes it does show CX, but seems to be expensive fares or not all routes). At the time I found examples on reddit implying that historically there was a 5-10 day blackout window in the past, subsequently fixed (I can't find the same thread again). Hopefully it is a temporary glitch and will be resolved - I still can't (HK based) search a simple HKG-SGN route in May and get a Cathay option for example.

This is really weird. For some dates, it shows HND-HKG but not HKG-HND. For some dates (tries near term and long term), it shows nothing (except the JAL codeshare), while the CX flights are wide open.
Frankly, this is quite damaging for CX.as many people use GF.

Like I said, I saw nothing for HKG-SIN on GF. You told me to book directly through CX. CX's website sucks compared to GF.
