Award Availability with Partner Programs

Is there any logic behind the amount of award seats CX is releasing for partner airlines?
For example I found 5 business class seats with Asiamiles for CX288 (FRA-HKG) on the 29th of May. So lots of seats. But I can't find any seats for this flights on BA Executive Club, AAdvantage and Mileage Plan.

There is a logic, at least in premium cabins.
I have not tried in the past couple of years, but extensively did before using BAEC. My daughter is AM silver, so I could see both.

The usual pattern was to open those premium seats to AM first.
If they were not taken within a reasonable period of time, all or some of them would be released to BAEC.
I have got several F awards by checking both AM and BAEC on a daily basis after F seats were released on AM.
The "reasonable" time period stretched from a few days to some weeks (for long dated bookings).

But this could have changed since covid.

Okay! Did you recognize any recurring pattern? For example like "100 days out they release 2 seats to all OW partners if they still have 4 seats"?
