One really simple feature of the CX cirrus seat I like is that you can simply push the meal table partially forward with items still on it to get out of your seat.

Does anyone have a clue which planes and routes will first see the Aria? 77W retrofit later for LHR/JFK? Choosing between a 2am A359 and 3pm B77W JFK-HKG in Q3. Would luv to try out the new seat whether it's better or not. I am also on Team Citrus for the comfort and space btw.

99% of the first Aria Suites will be going to LHR whereas I think there might be 1% of it heading for LAX. JFK would probably be served once a couple of 77ws are retrofitted.

On which planes will Aria be debuted? Unlikely 77X now, which means 77W retrofit? or new A350 deliveries?

3 points:
-All A350's have been delivered.
-Retrofits will begin with 77Ws without F product
-77X Will be equipped with Aria Suite upon delivery
-maybe available as well on impending widebody order (339 789 78X or a350)

Cathay Pacific's Aria Suite will be entering into passenger service by Sepember 2024, when they introduced Aria, CX will add an extra 2 rows of premium economy, add one row of business and remove the economy mini cabin behind door 3, on four-class ones, they will add 6 more rows of economy, two extra rows of premium economy, remove 2 rows of business and remove first class cabin to increase capacity, they will choose A339 for impending widebody order which will be install regional business class 2-2-2 lie-flat seats same as those on the retrofitted A330s.

Interesting . Anecdotally I have always see J full and PY half empty.

Maybe that's changing .

By removing business rows on the 4 class aircraft... that will mean putting premium economy seats ahead of door 3? I do think though more premium economy seats are needed for long haul flights

How do you know that? Do you have insider information? Which aircraft they choose has not been publicly disclosed as of now.

3 things
-What source?
-Agree on the changes to increase class W and decrease J
-Doubt that 339 (agree that this is probably the widebody impending) will be equipped with recliners for all. Maybe 40% recliners 60% lie flat. These a330s go pretty far.

Hear Hear. I think that they might remove 1 row on the 3 class config, but for the 4 class config it seems more plausible removing 2 rows of Y for W.

Again, could you please share your sources? I think this is my third time asking this question, and our moderator in this forum could step in for this.

On the 4-class configured 777s with Aria Suites, the premium economy will have a 50 seat cabin with 2 exit doors on either side and 1 lavatory on the right hand side between the 16 seat and 34 seat cabins.

Again, how do you know this? Do you have inside information? Can you share your source?

He is notorious for giving false information. It happened before, in the CX Fleet Information thread.
