Hi! anyone actually redeemed yet? How much is the tax etc? And is it possible to type in redemption code but then not finish the booking as I haven't decided on the date yet but would like to check availability.

Glad to grab a ticket for myself! I was ~11k in the queue and thought the game was over for me.

Been trying to book all evening, but when I click redeem the website shows an error.
Just been told by the WhatsApp help that even if I was awarded a ticket, it's still "first come, first served" to purchase them. Now they're telling me I can't book a ticket anymore and the availability is gone. |

Wait so even if we 'won' it's not actually real? Just read the T&C's, I can't see how they can not honour it once they've sent a redemption code. Are you sure your dates were not during a blackout period? |

they properly doubled down when I challenged them though. I suggest calling and speaking to someone in person. |

Book and pay for the ticket using the link then claim the difference between the £326 (or whatever it was) and the fare charged. Hopefully they'll just honour it though. Reading the email and T&C's its clear if you got a redemption code today, and you use it by July 4th you are entitled to a £326 round trip.
