When I came into SIN on CX from BKK, there is a bus that is airside from T4 to T2. I did have a BP on QF out of T1, but there isn't a security check as such, just a couple of ground staff directing you to the correct bus. If they did check, it was cursory and could just as easily say that you're going to the Jewel for some shopping or the transit hotel for a rest/swim. The bus ride isn't long, but there seems to be a little wait, depending upon when the last bus left, so plan accordingly. But, QF FC is not open yet. While the existing QF lounge is excellent, I'm also impressed with the CX lounge in T4. However, I doubt that you could use either as an arrivals lounge, but I never tried that.

Had breakfast and lunch at the Pier F yesterday - it was mixed.

I was excited about the lunch choices especially the Impossible burger, a great initiative to go green. But the angus beef burger was faar better.

The service is quite bad. Our servers got our orders wrong on both sittings - had to wait 15 mins for eggs. Was not impressed by the staff, I actually missed the self-service options back at the Pier J.
