Not the same error message, but when I went back to the OLCI page after online checking in successfully, I got this error message - [UNABLE_TO_CKI_PAX_COMMENT_EXIST]
Does anyone know what this means? Unable to check in, passenger comment exists..?

I think SSSS means Super Speedy Secondary Screening. It's happened to me a few times and, for me, has always been a great way to jump queue. Helps not to be too sensitive to being grabbed and groped :-/.Originally Posted by 24left

On my past few flights from HKG to YYZ and back I haven't had any luck for OLCI. Always get the same error message. Not a big deal since checking in at the counter is usually swift, but just more of an annoyance that I can't OLCI.
