Wrongly given access to AA LHR arrival lounge?

Wrongly given access to AA LHR arrival lounge?
Just flew in on CX255 op-up to Premium Econ. Checked in at the first class counter and was given a lounge invite to the arrival lounge. I thought it was only available for people in F or J if flying in on CX and OWEs are not eligible. Pure luck this time or a policy change?

Also emeralds only get access to the HK arrivals lounge. I'm pretty sure they used to have access to the London arrivals lounge but my memory is rusty there.

The OWE is not from Marco Polo, but rather from LATAM. That's why I was shocked as well when I received the invite. Not so shocked (rather enjoyed it in fact) when I was finished with the facilities.
