Booked into wrong fare class due to CX website error
Just bought return tickets HKG-Japan on CX website. It said I was booking into fare class E (which is premium economy, earning higher Avios and TPs than economy), I have a screenshot of this. Then after completing payment it booked me into V on the outbound and N on the inbound. Tried calling customer service and can't get through the queue... what to do..?

Cancel and rebook?

Call customer service and select "new booking", there is no queue there.
