Tried the duck leg confit last week, quality is quite good. |
The Pier F, Feb 2026

I was told the special CNY will start on Feb 10 2026. The Mott 32 tasting menu will be similar to this. The chicken is replaced with the spicy wonton in chili oil.

The Mott 32 canape was good. The double fried potatoes side dishes were great! Rice roll was also a highlight, available until 3pm daily.

Ask for extra shrimp! |
The Thai seafood salad at Pier F is excellent — I had the opportunity to enjoy it twice. The braised Wagyu beef is also very good. Hopefully, there will be a CNY menu available on 13-Feb-2026.

Bar menu
Besides the restaurant, I also tried the bar menu. There were some simple snacks available, and I ordered the satay—the shrimp was very tender. They have a Cathay Pacific–exclusive gin. The bartender explained that it’s inspired by the cocktails Cloud Nine and Cathay Delight, incorporating citrus and coconut aromas respectively. I had a Negroni made with this gin, and it was excellent.

Quick question: When is the bar menu available? I don't remember seeing it when I was there in the evening.

I found the abalone quite good and even better than the Mott Wagyu. Reminds me of the appetizer last year (Tofu+ abalone), but this one was juicier and bigger.

But had to save space for the fried squid next door in Qantas. Side question: Why is the fruit catering so underwhelming for CX? Never had an issue with the other airlines |
