Online redemption - not working?
 
It keeps showing "Due to internal system error, you are unable to proceed further with this booking. Please close all open browser windows and try again.".

Anyone has the same problem? I tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome. All failed.

Same here, and it's been a couple of days. The 'experts' at CX have upgraded the website again? :D

SOmeone elsewhere posted that one way redemptions are throwing this error. Is that the case here? You'll have to call up.

I have that issue with both OW and RT tix. Ya, need to call up to make the resv.

How come their system can be f*up all the time?

OK I figured it out - ex-HKG still works, ex-non HKG doesnt. Go figure...

Yeah looking into YVR - JFK with same problem. It was working couple weeks ago.
