Website issues
 
I've been trying to use the online flight redemption tool but I can never get it to work..

Everytime I press the search button nothing happens - tried it on IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Anyone else facing this issue?

I was trying to look at flights earlier and it wouldn't accept any input in to the departure airport or arrival airport so just gave up. This was on IE & Firefox.

Same here....impossible to input the airport, I gave up too.

I wonder if CX are even vaguely aware that their web site and their app are just steaming heaps of dog excrement?

Over the course of two bookings today it has failed when trying to:

Input the airport into the search
Change dates on the flight matrix
Select seats upon booking
Input a multi city search

I wouldn't consider that a particularly bad day for cx.com.

I would love to know why the website is so bad. I suspect I can guess.

It's even worse today. Can't search for any flights so about to book on QR instead.

Same over the last two days...it seems intermittent throughout the day as sometimes I can choose airport when I retry later

It really is embarrassing...surely some of the fuel savings / reduction in catering costs (quality doesnt just drop?) / KA rebranding (pick one) could be invested in a decent website
