I just off the phone with MPO call center agent... I would say that customer service of MPO is far better than SQ. With SQ i have to wait for 60-90 mins before anyone can answer the call and if when they answer, they hardly help.
Today morning when i called MPO, i spoke with a lady ( i guess call center is based in Philippines, picked up from her way of speaking). She spoke clear english and explained the fare rules clearly and also helped me with my bookings on BA. Very good class of customer services... no wonder CX is one of the best. Keep up the good work ^ |

When CX is good, they're really good. But...unfortunately you shouldn't get too accustomed to good service from the call centers....

Try calling their hotline in Taipei, you will be lucky to get through.

You need to call MPO more to have a reality check. :)

As long as you don't get the Philippines Call Centre, MPO can be rather good. It's the Philippines Call Centre that's the problem

I had very good service from the Manila call centre (for MPC) yesterday. I guess it's like anything else - you get good agents and not so good agents everywhere. I might have been lucky. But the nice lady - Isabella I think - picked up instantly
