Ticket cancellation and refund
 

I have an ex-TPE Class D return ticket to YVR, and the outbound flight has completed in September of the last year. Unfortunately, I'm going to cancel the inbound flight and wondering how much I will get back as a refund? Cancelation fee is TWD 2400 but the refund is not the half of the paid value as it states on the website.

Ex-TPE, one way is 0.6*round-trip for 1Y (0-365) TKTs. I believe you have a D1YTW (or D1YIB). You can calculate the difference that way. Note that I am not sure whether you are allowed to refund the return portion. I've never tried myself. Usually a re-routing means that you pay more if the fare is higher, but you don't get any refund should the new fare be less than the old fare. I don't know if this applies in this case.

I have an ex-TPE "D" class ticket to SIN. I have used the outbound and wanted to cancel the in-bound sectors. Fare basis is D6MIB.

I called CX office to check and was told that there is no refund value for this partially used ticket except the fuel surcharges & taxes paid for the in-bound sector only. Will suggest that you give a call to CX Taipei office to check it out.

TPE office will confirm right away also ask them about banking against future flights in next 12 months

I have CX round tickets Singapore/Toronto/Singapore class V fare basis V3MIB, the outbound flight has been completed, but I want to cancel the inbound flight Toronto to Singapore which will depart on 10 July 2016. Can anyone tell whether how much I can get the refund if I cancel it? How much is the cancellation fee?

If you cancel, your outbound will likely be repriced into full-fare one way, so you'll likely owe them money.
