I did. I have submitted all the BP including the rejected one. how to escalate?
If so, the next step is talking with an agent via phone, and explaining the situation and your BP shows your membership. In my experience on LA case, an ordinary form request was rejected as 'Mileage was credited to another FFP', even my BP shows my CX FFP No. |
Connecting on the same flight - is it possible?
I had something similar for a return flight from Singapore to Hong Kong. Just call until you get someone that can help ... think it was my third try and the agent immediately processed it.

Dear Mr lingua101, Thank you for contacting The Marco Polo Club Service Centre regarding your missing mileage query. This is to explain that we are unable to credit your account with mileage for the following activity due to the reason given below: Flight: Malaysia Airlines - MH 163 Business Class Activity date: 05/01/2014 Reason: Exact membership name not on flight passenger list For full details of how to earn miles, please log on to www.asiamiles.com and click "Terms and Conditions" and then go to "Mileage Credits", "Air Mileage Credits" / "Non-airline Mileage Credits". Kind regards, The Marco Polo Club I do not understand what they mean by "exact membership name not on flight passenger list". I did submit the boarding pass. How can they cannot find me on the list with valid ticket number and boarding pass? If they are talking about different name, how can the other 3 segments successfully posted. Very frustrated with CX |

That's correct. The weird thing is, as mentioned, it was a return leg, so don't understand how the details could have even been wrong in their system.

Folks, need some advise. As you may have seen on the original post, I should do CX712/CX702 this coming Sunday. When I was about to do check in for my CX702, I notice that my CX690 is now confirm (not when I checked in for CX712).
It is too late to call my travel agent now and also this will be considered as rerouting, so there will be fee needs to be paid. As CX690 will depart 40 min earlier than CX712, I am planning to come to airport "earlier". The question now is will they let me change flight without rerouting fee? If that happen, will that be considered involuntary re-routing? Will I still be able to get 2 segments even though I only fly one? |
