Cannot Print BP to DXB
 

OLCI this morning. This is in J HKG-DXB BAEC award. Can checkin but no BP. Must get it at airport.
This is the first time that I cannot get my BP from HKG. Never been to Dubai from HKG, so might be specific to DXB. Nvever had any problem with BA awards.

Any reasons?

So you got a BN already or not??

Sometimes there is a bug or they need to verify more things at checkin, so they won't give you the BP (are your passport no entered?)

No BN. I printed the "online check-in confirmation", no BN mentioned but seat assigned. I am mentioned as checked in on the website.
I could have entered some wrong info when I did the online checkin, but no way to verify now.
Not that important anyway as seat numbers have been assigned.

There should be a BN listed even no BP is available for printing??

was not for CX, but I had the same occurrence checking online from Ahmedabad to Dubai few weeks ago. OLCI completed regularly, but i had to get BP at the airport counter. I guess it is something related to DXB.

Please note that the following passengers can check in online but cannot print their own Boarding Pass:

Passengers who have purchased tickets with fares applicable for infant
Passengers who have purchased air tickets in conjunction with ferry tickets
Passengers travelling on CX745 from Hong Kong to Dubai/Jeddah

I guess it has something to do with the onward leg to Jeddah as CX has another flight to Dubai with no onward flight and can print boarding pass for that flight.
