Do non-CX OW elites (specifically OW Emeralds) get water?

I was on a short commuter flight from PVG recently on KA and noticed Bonaqua in all seat pockets in economy too...

If everyone got that Mineralised Water then what happened to all the DMs in Y? They had to put up with that Mineralised Water too?

they get Evian. REAL MINERAL water

Two bottles of water? They must be a pretty thirsty lot.

ISM came round to do greetings but no further bottles of water were handed out.

On such a short flight it didn't matter anyway, flight was 30% full, plenty of spare bottles in the next seat.

I was recently on a KA flight from HKG to HAN and got a very quick greeting by the ISM but no "please let me know if you need anything". I didn't get a bottle of water (nor did she offer to hang my coat). Is this the new standard for DMs traveling on KA short haul? I flew to TPE a couple of weeks ago in Y and got the full greeting plus water.

You can get one at the lounge...or they sell them at stores near the gates for about 12HKD a bottle if you prefer the 500ml bottles....

I'm obviously aware that I can do that but my question isn't "where can I get a bottle of water?" it is about whether anyone knows whether KA still offers this non-published benefit to DMs.

I'm just saying that if the bottle of water is really important you may want to get from the lounge or purchase it.

By the way I know on CX MNL and TPE, they have stopped offering bottled water, they do carry a few from what I know, but they don't offer unless asked.

Some think that you get one from the tray so they no longer give one out... Some still give you one extra bottle...

CX gold. Never bottled water in Y. Sometimes bottled water in J, only on longhaul.
