CX Website - slow running script

Does anyone else have a problem with the CX website freezing with a message about a slow running script? Happens at work and home. A complete pain.

really??/ I find that it has the most easiest and logical way of doing a booking.

I hate the large drop downs and odd fare charts other airlines have

CX is really simple

It happens to me all the time. And has gone on for years.

There's also the security pop-up thing I get all the time.

All along I thought it was just my computer (at home and at work).

People here knows as IT person I complain about the website most of the time, but this isn't one of them. I have never had an issue with CX website when it comes to running scripts. Are you using up-to-date web browsers?

I'm using Chrome, Firefox, and IE interchangeably out of habit, and never had any problem with CX website's scripts. The key is keep them up to date. If you are using IE 7.0 for example instead of 9.0 you're going to have problems.

I have IE9 on my laptop and my desktop and I always get the slow-running script issue. You have to click it to make it go away so it's easy to fix but still annoying since you have to wait for it to appear after it's stopped responding - and I thought it was just my PC :-) I also get that security settings message and the IT guy who looks after me at home has been unable to fix that either so perhaps it's just a website problem. I agree that the website is generally easy to use for bookings etc and I usually use it rather than speak to agents by phone but these are also definitely two IT glitches I think.

I was having the same problem before when I was using IE. It always popped up when I enter the CX website. Once I switched to chrome, problem solved. Chrome is quick especially when I log in to intraCX and check my roster, etc. I suggest you make the switch to chrome. Its pretty much bug-free and its quick. IE is pretty buggy but use it on occasion for incomaptible websites.

try booking a multidestination ( I wanted HK-Zurich Barcelona HKG) - the website gave up and told me to contact Reservations by phone)
so I did and all they suggested was HK LHR Zurich LHR Barcelona - LHR HKG using CX then BA inter Europe with no mention of Iberia
duhhhhhhhhhhhhh
