Seat Selection Error
 
is anyone getting the same error I got every time I tried to select my seats for the upcoming trip to HKG and MNL

"We're sorry, due to an internal system error, we are unable to process this request. Please close the current browser and log in again."

This is fairly common. Just try again later.

I've had that before. I simply rang the call centre and they were able to move my seats for me.

It always happens to me (for good reason) whenever I try to select row 13 or 14 (they are selectable and unoccupied) on 77G.

I tried to check at home, with different browsers, several times each, different time in the last three days. Also tried at work, still the same message. Annoying

same here. Now, I was able to choose 17K, 16K

Are you trying to book seats in rows 13 or 14? Row 13 doesn't exit in regional 773, and rows 13-14 don't for all other 77A/D/G/H even though those rows are shown in the seat map of manage my booking.

that was exactly the problem i was having.

i kept trying to select row 13 - which appears as empty and selectable. i just gave up and chose another seat instead. now i know why i couldn't select it!
