CX is not available on EF?
Just checking.
CX is not available on EF? That means CX ORD/HKG/BKK can't be checked for Z tickets on EF? |
It's not clear why you think CX is not on EF. It is. I can see all my CX segments. Do you mean to say: just for awards and upgrades? In this case, no those are not accessible AFAIK.

OK. If looking for an AAward, you should select AA in the Airline Search window. I'm trying to find availability on CX from ORD to HKG to BKK using AAward Z and you only get AA equipment to HKG choices. I'm looking for CX to HKG. |

I used KVS to book my trip ORD-HKG-SIN on CX through AA. The JL-Oneworld awards search was exactly what AA agents were seeing. I never would have been able to book my trip without it.

CX award ticket availability is NOT available on EF. Flight availability is, though.

I use the tool on www.asiamiles.com, you can register for an account and start searching there. It has worked for me.

There is no AA metal to HKG. The AA flights you see in that search, four digit flight numbers between 6000 and 6999, are codeshares operated by CX.
I was thinking an AAward seat on any eligible carrier would be in the search results. Z AAward on CX807/806 is a common ticket. |

FYI: The "Flight Award Finder" at asiamiles does not work for BKK. It's not in the pull down airport list and entering BKK, Thailand.. will result in an error. http://www.asiamiles.com/am/en/homepage |
