Unable to login to the website
 
First time this happened to me. Keep getting this error:

It's system's fault. My girlfriend and I couldn't log in either.

The website is definitely not working lately. Last weekend I couldn't reserve my favor seat online, same error. So I called MPC instead to get my seats and explain to them the website is not working properly.

the website has worked perfectly fine for me in past few days including just now.

try to refresh your internet browser's CACHE (go to option setting etc etc) that might help.

There was a specific problem last night with the system it seems for an hour or two. I had the exact same error trying to do OLCI at 8:30pm HK time, however by 11pm it was resolved and I could login.

Yep - I was trying OLCI at 2000 too. It was that search for BN1 that made me worried :) took me about 90 minutes to realize that I could try OLCI via 'Manage my Booking" without having logged in. Getting BN2 at 2130 ain't too bad, I suppose!

not bad unless you see gold member lining up infront of you getting upgraded whilst you get no beep sound at the gate ;)

Are those who are having trouble using Safari on a Mac?

Whenever I encounter glitches with the website the problem can be overcome if I switch browsers to Firefox.

Nope, using Firefox exclusively and was having the problem. The problem went away after two days.
