Somehow I thought you were a DM.

T5 is new. The Wing used to be the best when it was new. It is getting old and is a little different from it used to be - did they move something out of the cabanas several years ago?

Hopefully there will be a new CX lounge.

I only signed up with CX in Nov 2008 I made DM in about 8 months, I fly about 250 000 miles a year mainly on CX and BA but also maintain Gold cards with a number of other ailrines as well

I wish CX would treat BA Golds in a similar fashion in HK, no access to cabanas for example.

On a RTW itinerary every BA flight was of mediocre quality. Their intra Europe business class is a joke, and the long haul had lousy service and lousy food.

BA Golds no access to The Cabanas?

The poster I believe was implying that CX is TOO generous to BAs, and hence should discriminate against BA members along the lines of how BA treats MPCs and other OW elites. Hence the example of potentially limiting cabana access to them...
