Another website issue
Booked a ticket in March back in January, everything's normal. Until I logged on today to see if I'm lucky enough to get op-up since all class shows 0s on my flight, no luck.
However, I notice this warning on the website on my March flight which is new: "Our records indicate that you have not issued a ticket for this booking. Please contact your travel agent to issue the ticket. Otherwise your booking will be invalid and will automatically be cancelled without further notice." I called my travel agent, he said the ticket is issued and call MPC. I called MPC and he says everything looks good on their end. So I asked why this warning and the MPC agent says he doesn't know but don't worry about it. Ok. But, this will prevent me from doing OLCI. Another CX web issue.... |
I always kept a copy of the e-ticket with me when I travel. I do not have much faith in CX's IT. Several years ago, they dropped a segment on my itinerary after I departed from SFO. They managed to fix that. I also got the message you mentioned in the past, but mostly on KA flights.

No doubt for that as I guess CX IT department is almost empty now after rounds of lay-off.
It's the first time I saw CX need to use recuritment agent to hire IT guys... http://www.jobsdb.com/HK/EN/Search/J...hildWindowId=2 |
We have always been complaining that CX's IT is imperfect.

Can you see your E-TKT from "manage my booking"?
|
I do not have a present booking, but I used to be able to download my e-ticket from the web page - I believe under "manage my booking".
