Victora Bed and Breakfast

Would appreciate advice.

We think we have 2 night reservations at a B&B near Buchart in a couple of weeks. We have an email confirmation - stating if we don't cancel a week before, we get charged a night on our credit card.

However, the B&B's availability calendar shows our suite available (for others to reserve) on the second night.

I've asked about this to the proprietor - by email, and by telephone message. I've included other questions - and received answers to those questions.

I still have no response on whether our reservation is still good. We've never stayed at a B&B in Canada, so I don't know if this is a cultural thing.

I've been asking for three weeks now. Don't know what else to do

Welcome to FT.

B&B's in Canada are no different than the rest of the world. Meaning, there's a huge variation in the professionalism between them.

I believe your post is confusing as you mention you received answers to your Q's from the proprietor. I believe you mean you haven't received answers?

Nope, in one email, I asked three questions. I received answers to two of them.

The proprietor did not answer the question about my reservation.

I have tried to call them. Twice. Left messages each time.

In that case, personally, I would cancel. Bad vibes from a small establishment can only lead to a bad experience...
