Mt Tremblant hotel recommendation?

Looking to spend 2 nights with my wife (no kids). Any recommendations? The Fairmont and Westin both look great.

I was not too impressed with the Fairmont given the price I paid. It was okay, but nothing particularly fancy or inspiring (this was peak winter season). The Westin looked nice.

I had gotten some sort of room upgrade at the Fairmont Tremblant before. Still on the smallish side. airoli is correct in that I didn't think the room (or lobby) was anything special. The only plus for the Fairmont is that internet is free even if you're a peon level member in their program.

I haven't stayed at the Westin Tremblant, though. I also have no idea how they treat SPG Golds but if you're collecting SPG points, it's a no-brainer.

Both are ok.

Quintessence is better but more expensive.

The Fairmount Westin

You should be able to score a decent upgrade @ the Westin (SP Gold). Their upgraded rooms have separate sleeping and sitting areas, & a mini-fridge good for breakfast supplies.

I also like the outdoor pool and hot tub @ the Westin.
