F in the 772 or 744 exiting Toronto

I am taking F in August out of Toronto to LHR, and they have two flights:
BA0092 @ 19:00 is a 772
BA0098 @ 20:20 is a 744.

Theyve installed AVOD in F on that route I think?? so is there any difference taking one model over the other?

Thanks.

I'd take the 744. There's something a bit charmless about the front of a 777 IMHO.

Please let's not start yet another long thread about the 777 vs 744 in F...

Here is just one of the million and one threads on the subject:

As advised above, there have been plenty of threads on this.

However, to save you from the dodgy search function, the widest-held opinion is that the 747 cabin is the best as it has no walk-through traffic, is quieter, often has fewer seats, feels more intimate and exclusive and generally has a nicer atmosphere. With the 747, you are also guaranteed AVOD and a larger screen - on the 777, you are not.

If you mean the fact that the OP could end up with one of the horrible tiny screens some of the 777 have, then yes, but First does not get the new 10" scenes as NGCW did.

To the OP, some here find the First cabin on the 777 more specious, and I tend to agree with them, though I still prefer the 744.

Im sure I said we shouldnt get into yet another discussion about this...

Any preference on which plane to take if you have a baby and large stroller ? Is one cabin easier to walk around if the baby won't stop crying ?
