Hi all - I am flying to BOS later this week and have been offered an upgrade from WT to WTP for 300 GBP. Am considering taking it, but would like to see which seats are left in WTP. I am currently at an aisle/bulkhead seat in WT, so would only want to upgrade if there was at least another aisle available. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!

Why not try a dummy booking in WT+ for the same flight?

The forum can provide availability if you provide date and flight number

I always look on expert flyer first, loads are very light until you get to March

Thanks all - dummy booking is showing one window seat left at the very back of the cabin, not sure if that's accurate. BA213, Feb 16. Thanks so much.

Beat me to it

But I can add - The "X"s indicate seats that are currently unoccupied but blocked for one reason or another (broken seat, seat blocked beside someone with status, or, seat blocked for person travelling with an infant.), and they may well become available closer to departure.

300 is ok for an upgrade on East Coast flights, as a single traveler and if its not a problem in terms of cost then I would take it. I cant say this will happen but you might get lucky and get an OpUp to Club. Theres 13 seats available in Club according to EF. If you dont get an OpUp, Id be happy in WTP either way. As I say its not something to bank on.

You can do a search (ie create a seat alert) for the flight and cabin on expert flyer. With a free account you can do 5 such searches per day.

I now see someone has posted the seat map. Since it is less than 72 hours before departure, theoretical seating has kicked in, hence all the blocked seats. As more and more people check in blocked seats will be released. The seat map may become quite dynamic.

You are hitting a long weekend which is probably why the load is a little higher than normal for Feb
