Definitely yes he does count, though he has a much lower profile, he is still Elton's songwriting buddy after all these decades. In some ways I would be more excited to see him than Elton (again).

Wouldn’t be surprised if she was a Prem, but could also have flown in from JFK in F.

For that, I would bend the knee. For Maisie WIlliams, I would bend both knees even though I would then need a crane to get back up.

I’d actually be surprised if she wasn’t Prem, or at least GGLfL. I’m pretty sure she was a regular on Concorde, although perhaps not as often as Maurice Saatchi.

I would have thought Vogue put a lot of LHR-JFK business through BA over the years. I was sat beside at least one impromptu meeting of sub-editors in the old JFK CCR in the past.

She was escorted to the plane by one of the SS members I know, so I'll ask next time I see her.
