I snapped these on my way from GF to the CCR. I have not being paying close enough attention to know if there are the same ones that have always been there but I think they are lovely!




I remember when the Tristar used to make the odd appearance at GLA- I think it was occasionally used on the shuttle.
It would be nice to see a widebody used on the domestic GLA/EDI routes again, the occasional 767 equipment swap which had you in a CW bed was always welcome at 6.40am!

They seem to get rotated after a year or two. They have special events and displays in that area, something I would like them to do more of, such as getting some engineering displays during school holidays to encourage STEM careers. After the event the area goes empty for a day or two and then it gets some new set of models or photos from the Waterside museum.
From the thread title, I was half expecting to see some "Pirelli Calendar" type photos, but obviously this is really what gets people interested around here
