BA tier points on flight operated by Emerald Airlines for Aer Lingus
Would you get tier points by crediting this flight to a BA Exec Club account? What about status-earning credit for crediting it to other oneworld programs?

You don’t earn tier points flying Aer Lingus and you won’t earn tier points by flying their franchisee Emerald Airlines. Aer Lingus and Emerald Airlines are not members of OW and so earning with other Oneworld members would be subject to ant partner agreements these airlines might have with a specific airline. You’ll need to look at each particular airline to see.
Edited to add: AS noted by jbee, you can earn TPs on Aer Lingus when flying on a BA codeshare. You may want to check this forum as the codeshares are usually pricier than the comparable EI marketed fare. Your example wasn’t a BA codeshare, so no TPs. |

You can use the BA Avios Calculator for this on their website. Good luck! :) |
Will you earn tier points flying on an AA codeshare operated by Aer Lingus? e.g. AA coded DUB-LHR-XXX

I'm looking at an itinerary with an Aer Lingus flight with a BA number, but will look for alternatives if I'm not receiving tier points for it. Thanks |

Can someone clarify, why is this example not a BA codeshare if it has a BA flight number?
